The notebook answers things like this, with the source page cited every time:

• "What ceiling height is called out for room 302?"
• "Show me every addendum change that affects floor 4"
• "What is the mechanical contractor running through wall G-12 between gridlines 5 and 7?"
• "Which rooms have a spec for fire-rated penetrations?"

— Not built for this

Honest scope. If you need any of these, it's a different conversation:

• Stamped engineering — this is a foreman's reference tool, not a design substitute
• Live multi-user editing on the same sheet at the same time (Google Workspace already handles that)
• AHJ inspection sign-off — that's still a human + a stamp + a permit
